We have two factories, ISO 9001 and ISO 14000-certified, with 8,000sq.m for CRT TV and 12,000sq.m for LCD TV. Key production facilities include 88 injection machines, 2 SMT machines, 5 dust-free printing lines, 11 DIP lines, 6 SKD assembly lines, 5 CRT FKD lines, and 2 LCD production lines. Monthly output reaches 120,000 LCD TVs and 180,000 CRT TVs.
To ensure quality products, we source key components from CMO, AU, Samsung, SVA, Huafei and TMS, and our QC technicians conduct PVR test to all products, while most of our competitors seldom do.
